Roadbook
Dich und Dein Team erwartet ein Roadbook mit tollen Etappenvorschlägen sowie außergewöhnlichen Challenges, besonderen Herausforderungen und vielen Möglichkeiten für zusätzlichen Spaß. Die Roadbook Aufgaben sind keine Pflicht!

Nichts muss, alles kann!

A rally team consists of all occupants of a rally vehicle. Whether you are a solo driver, a classic two-person team, or a rally crew filling every seat, you and your vehicle decide the size of your team!

A motorcycle team may consist of a maximum of two motorcycles.

Four-legged friends are also welcome at our rallies.

Minors who are team members must be registered in advance with the rally management.

From wild mountain camping in the Alps to charming Mediterranean villas with sea views and stylish city hotels - everything is allowed in the European 5000! You decide for yourself how adventurous or comfortable your overnight stay should be - depending on your daily form, budget and mood.

Whether a rustic campsite in the Pyrenees or a boutique hotel on the Côte d'Azur: you will find suitable accommodation at the end of each stage - camping is not a must. Even spontaneous overnight stays along the route are usually no problem during the rally period.

Road conditions may vary, but don't worry:
The official road book takes you exclusively on tarmac roads - ideal for lowered vehicles.

If you like it wilder, you can of course also opt for gravel tracks, remote mountain passes or pothole courses.
Your route, your adventure.

The event begins around 10am and the official start takes place between 11 and 12am. 

On the evenings prior, all adventurers can already get to know each other at the pre-adventure-get-together and get in the mood for the upcoming adventures. The event will start around 6pm.

Of course, all friends and fans are welcome.

At the start of the European 5000, the Roadbook will be handed over to your team, packed with great stage suggestions, incredible challenges, fun & adventure.

The tasks and adventures have to be solved in the best possible way with your team until you reach the finish line. Creativity and talent for improvisation are key.
The roadbook tasks are not compulsory!

On the way through Europe, we celebrate awesome rally events with you.

Where and what exactly happens on the route will remain our secret until the start … you'll find out in the Roadbook!

With the SAC Live Tracking App for all rally teams, your friends, relatives and colleagues can follow your team live during the rally.

With the app you can view your driven route as well as rally statistics and add photos, videos and comments to the individual stages. You can also create a professionally designed photo book with all your rally memories after the rally.

After almost two weeks of rally adventure, we will celebrate the successful end of the European 5000 with a big closing eventand of course an award ceremony.
There will also be an official hotel recommendation at the finish location.

The winner of the European 5000 Roadbook Competition wins a starting place for another SAC rally of their choice worth €1,890!

Collect additional points in the Roadbook Competition for your extraordinary vehicle, your helpfulness, your boldness or because you are always up for any kind of fun. Creativity pays off! 

Impress the other teams with your rally spirit!

In your rally kit you will find everything you need for an official rally:

• Rally vehicle branding with official logos and start numbers
• Rally T-shirts & hats
• other great European 5000 merchandising

Your team will receive the rally kit two weeks before the start.

The starting fee for the European 5000 rally is 1.500€ for a team of 2.

For each additional team member, an starting fee of 300€ will be charged.

Additional team members can be registered up to one month before the start of the rally.

Round up 300€ for great charity projects.

You can either collect for one of our selected charity partners or choose a charity project that has always been close to your heart.

Charity donations can be collected any time from the date you sign up to the moment you cross the Finish Line.
