Visa for Russia

In case you are planning to visit St. Petersburg or Kaliningrad, please bear in mind to apply for a visa. Since this process takes some time, we strictly recommend applying for a visa to Russia as soon as possible.

• biometric photos
• a valid foreign travel health insurance covering Russia

Also, remember to take theinternational insurance papersof your rally vehicle with you. Double check with your insurance partner if they also offer service in Russia. Otherwise, you will have to acquire a special insurance at the Russian border, which is extremely expensive.

Route suggestions via Russia or Finland

Same as for the Baltic Sea Circle Summer Edition, you can decide between two route suggestions. In any case, St. Petersburg is worth a visit, especially in winter time. For those who don't want to enter Russia, there is a ferry going directly from Helsinki to Tallinn.
